| The Mission of Quinn's
Ranch
Quinn's Ranch is a
Christ-centered professional care organization for abused,
neglected, orphaned, abandoned and homeless children. Quinn's
Ranch's reason for existence is to develop young men and women
physically, mentally and spiritually and to assist them to become
Godly adults full of character and integrity. Quinn's Ranch
will provide programs, services and a safe Christian home
environment to assist each child in fulfilling God's purpose for
their lives.
Quinn's Ranch is a Christ-centered
children's home. Jesus Christ is the foundation of our
statement of faith, mission, vision, core values, ministry
philosophy, admission policies, and all other policies and beliefs
of Quinn's Ranch.
Our Quinn's Ranch logo is Christ.
Within our logo, the Cross represents Jesus Christ. The light
shining from the Cross in our logo portrays His salvation, love,
security, safety, peace, hope and grace; all of which are
illustrated by the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, and
are freely given to our children at Quinn's Ranch who are leaving
the darkness and entering the light. In John 8:12, Christ
states, "I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me
will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of my
life."
Goals for Quinn's
Ranch
- We believe in God and are committed to sharing Christ with our
children, encouraging their salvation and eternal destination, and
providing the means to offer those opportunities to our
children.
- We must assist children in optimizing their potential through
positive, consistent development as a whole person through
spiritual development, positive family relationships, social
interaction skills, vocational training, a solid educational base,
emotional stability, and coping skills; as well as physical,
recreational, and patriotic strength.
- We must develop productive, law-abiding citizens who are self
reliant, self-disciplined, responsible and accountable. We
value Christian development in the areas of morals, ethics,
responsibility, and service.
- We must develop within each child a wholesome self-worth and
an expanded capacity for love, respect for human dignity, and
compassion.
- We must restore in each child a positive outlook, hope for the
future, and a zest for life.
- We must motivate and provide the opportunity for each child to
graduate from high school, to possess marketable vocation and/or
to seek advanced education.
- When and if a wholesome, functional family environment is
achieved, the child will be restored and returned to their natural
family unit.
